Capital Healthcare Group (CHG), National Stadium, and National Aquatics Center signed cooperative agreement with relevant companies respectively during the 4th China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) on June 1. BSAM Party Secretary & Chairman LI Aiqing attended the signing ceremony.
Capital Healthcare Group (CHG) signed the Development Financial Cooperative Agreement with China Development Bank (CDB) Beijing Branch. Party Secretary and Governor of CDB Beijing Branch XU Ming signed the Agreement with FAN Yuexian, BSAM Deputy Party Secretary, CHG President. According to the Agreement, the two sides will collaborate in aspects such as project planning and financial products development among others. CDB Beijing Branch will fund the company CNY20bln which will be used mainly in CHG’s big healthcare related sectors, as for example newly established projects, acquisition projects and industry chain extension featured projects.
The cooperative agreements signing of the National Stadium and the National Aquatics Center with Alisports signifies the formation of a holistic strategic partnership between parties. BSAM Companies Vice President, General Manager of the National Stadium Co. Mr. WU Xiaonan, principal leader of the National Aquatics Center and Vice President of Alisports HAN Lifeng were authorized as representatives to sign on the Agreement. BSAM Vice President WU denoted that the current cooperation will forcefully promote the smart venue construction of the Bird’s Nest and the Water Cube, promote development of internet+ sports. The two venues will strive to implement internet application and big data into the venue for operation and upgrading concerns, deepening and widening intangible assets development, while Alisports will interface with venue information, apply resources such as Aliyun cloud computing technology, mobile internet platform, digital marketing platform etc. to forge, with concerted efforts from its partners, a venue integrated information service platform targeted at individuals. In addition, the three sides will collaborate in areas such as intangible asset development, and competition events, activity introduction by utilizing resources such as Alisports’ WESG, Tmall “Double Eleven Evening” to enrich contents of venue activities. According to sourced news, Alisports is planning to set its Office in Beijing in Bird’s Nest.
Tonight, Alisports Strategy News Conference will be held in Bird’s Nest Culture Center. BSAM Companies Vice President, General Manager of National Stadium WU Xiaonan will be present at the event and with a speech to deliver.
